The shocking allegation surfaced last year when she approached a man who claimed to be the ‘secret son’ of King Charles and Queen Camilla.
Simon Charles Dorante-Day, an Australian resident, has previously gained widespread attention with his assertions. He has made headlines by presenting ’new evidence’ and sharing ‘uncanny’ photographs.
Now, a woman has stepped forward, claiming she possesses evidence to substantiate her assertion that Prince Philip, the father of King Charles, is her biological father.
Prince Philip, who also held the title of the Duke of Edinburgh, was the spouse of Queen Elizabeth II.
He served as the consort of the British monarch from the time of his wife’s accession until his passing in 2021 at the age of 99.
Prince Philip and the late Queen had four children: King Charles III, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward, and Anne, Princess Royal.
Colleen Wensley-Garcia, also recognized as Grace Victoria Mountbatten, asserts that she is the fifth child of Prince Philip. Her case surfaced last year when she approached Dorante-Day’s residence and knocked on his door.
Dorante-Day, originally from Britain, informed 7News that in December 2023, a woman with an American accent visited his home in Queensland.
“This woman claimed that she was the secret illegitimate daughter of Prince Philip who lived in San Francisco,” he told the news outlet.
“She explained that she had travelled from the United States after hiring an investigator to track me down in Queensland. The whole purpose of her visit was to ask me for a sample of my DNA.”
“She wanted to compare it to hers to basically prove that we were both related to the royal family.”
Dorante-Day expressed to 7News that “the whole thing just seemed really fishy’ and he was concerned it was an ‘illegal attempt to procure my DNA.”
Allegedly, Wensley-Garcia sought to compare their DNA to establish a shared lineage as descendants of the royal family.
7News has acquired legal documents wherein Wensley-Garcia demands the disclosure of FBI and CIA records to support her claim that Prince Philip is her biological father.
Her case was officially lodged on May 7 in the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
According to court documents, Wensley-Garcia asserts that her claims of paternity have led to persistent threats, harassment, and surveillance by cameras.
She leverages the assertions made by Dorante-Day in his own legal proceedings to substantiate her own allegations.
Wensley-Garcia further claims that the FBI, CIA, and potentially the US Department of Defense possess her documents, including her birth certificate, which could establish the identity of her biological father.
She is insisting that these documents be disclosed to the court.
Dorante-Day expressed skepticism to 7News regarding Wensley-Garcia’s claims, stating that Prince Philip wouldn’t have been “that stupid” to allow his name on her birth certificate.
He further remarked that her case appears inconsistent and questioned why she didn’t make her allegations public while the Duke of Edinburgh was still alive.
Dorante-Day is also upset that he has been involved in the situation and is worried that the woman has obtained his personal information.
