Britney Spears released a new video dancing in her home, labeling the Osbournes as ‘boring’ after Ozzy Osbourne expressed his displeasure with her Instagram dance posts last Thursday.
At 42, the “Baby One More Time” singer showcased another clip where she danced energetically in her living room, amidst an ongoing verbal spat with the vocal family.
In the video, Spears displayed her fit figure in bright neon bikini bottoms and a long-sleeved white crop top.
She danced barefoot, her blonde hair flowing freely, as she spun around to the song “Love Story” by Indila, smiling and engaging with the camera.
Britney added tulip emojis to her dance video’s caption, following a detailed post from Wednesday where she criticized the Osbournes.
On their podcast episode from Tuesday, the Osbourne family described her dancing videos as ‘heartbreaking’ and ‘sad.’
In retaliation on her main Instagram page, Britney wrote a sharp message: “I want to tell the Osbourne family who is the most boring family known to mankind to kindly f**k off!!!”
In a recent podcast Q+A, a fan asked Kelly Osbourne if she would ever perform TikTok dances, to which she firmly replied, ‘Never.’ Her brother Jack chimed in, asking, “You’re not gonna be a TikTok dancer?”
Kelly answered, “No, I don’t know how to do TikTok dances. I don’t know where anybody would ever think that I would.”
Sharon Osbourne joined the conversation, remarking, “It seems to me that TikTok, when it first started, were people doing silly dances. And now it’s developed into so much more.”
Ozzy Osbourne, known for “Crazy Train,” then voiced his irritation with Britney Spears’ constant dancing videos, saying he was “fed up” with seeing them “every f***ing day.”
“Save Britney,” Jack Osbourne joked, with Ozzy adding, “It’s sad. Very, very sad.”
“It’s heartbreaking,” Sharon concluded before the family moved on to another topic.
Britney frequently uses her main Instagram to display her dance moves, often wearing a variety of outfits that highlight her physique.
In her post addressing the Osbournes, the Grammy-winning singer also defended actress Kate Beckinsale, who had faced online criticism for dancing videos she posted as a way to cope with personal difficulties.
Britney urged her followers, “Have you guys seen the movie Serendipity with Kate Beckinsale? Well let me tell you … if you haven’t you definitely should!!!”
“I adore Kate Beckinsale especially because she’s from London!!! I realized how incredibly cruel people were talking about her IG saying she needs more age appropriate content…”
“She’s in her fifties and I thought it was pretty badass how she responded with a mini bow in her hair looking literally 4 years old!!!”
Britney then commented that “wealth and health” isn’t “relied solely” on money but on “serving back these wise a** a**holes just as Kate did!!!”
Unfazed by the criticisms, Britney recently reposted a dance video from September 2023.
In it, she donned a silver thong and a red, sparkling bralette top. In the caption, she confessed to experiencing “a false confidence” following her divorce from Sam Asghari.
Asghari, 30, had filed for divorce from Britney last August after a 14-month marriage. The two settled their divorce earlier this year in May.
