Ellen DeGeneres bought a Beverly Hills mansion from “Will & Grace” creator Max Mutchnick in 2007 for $29 million. After walking around the house, Ellen told Max she wanted to buy it. Ellen agreed to a price that was twice as high as Max’s original offer.

Ryan purchased the house from Ellen for $36.5 million in 2011. His next-door neighbor’s property cost him $2 million a year later. Nine bedrooms and eleven baths have been added to the 9,200 square foot residence on 2.87 acres.

There are also two guest buildings with an additional three bedrooms and magnificent grounds.
