Recently the famous Bollywood actor, Sunny Deol was tested positive for COVID. The actor himself told about the diagnosis of the disease by his tweet.
On Wednesday, actor-turned-politician Sunny Deol tells that he had tested positive for the coronavirus. The BJP MP went on Twitter to advise people who have been in close contact with him for the past few days to separate themselves and screen themselves for the infection. He stated further, that he isolated himself after the positive results of the Covid-19 test came out and is recovering. On Wednesday in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, Sunny Deol tested himself for COVID-19 before returning to Mumbai. He tested positive, but he is asymptomatic and feeling all well, In Manali, the actor is under home quarantine until he recovers fully.
The Bollywood actor’s spokesperson also stated to news agency PTI that he is recovering well and taking appropriate precautions. In Mumbai, the 64-year-old Bollywood actor underwent shoulder surgery and recovered at a farmhouse near Manali in the district of Kullu.
Deol will next be seen on the job front in the sequel to his 2007 family-drama ‘Apne’. For the first time, the sequel will see the Deol family’s three generations working together on-screen as it stars legendary actor Dharmendra, his acting sons Sunny and Bobby Deol, and grandson Karan Deol.The second iteration of the movie will be directed by Anil Sharma and produced by Deepak Mukut. In March 2021, the film will go onstage and will be released around Diwali 2021.
