Tom Holland Quits Social Media, taking toll on Actor’s Mental Health

After being absent from Instagram for 6 weeks, Tom Holland shared why he was taking a break from social media. I have taken a break from social media for my mental fitness, because I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, to be overwhelming, I get caught up and I spiral when I study things about me online, and ultimately, it’s very detrimental to my mental state, so I decided to take a step back and delete the app.”

As of August 2022, Tom Holland has more fans on Instagram than any MCU big name outside of Groot actor Vin Diesel, having skyrocketed in popularity over the past half-decade.
