Man Vanishes After Revisiting Cave Near Area 51 Where He Felt Strange Vibrations

Hiker and YouTuber Kenny Veach has been missing since embarking on a quest to find a mysterious cave near Area 51.

In 2014, the skilled 47-year-old hiker initially stumbled upon this elusive cave in the vicinity of Area 51.

After sharing his discoveries on YouTube and discussing them openly, Veach received encouragement from his followers to revisit the area, rediscover the cave, and delve deeper into its secrets.

Sadly, little did anyone know that this would be Veach’s final journey, as he has not been seen since his third expedition.

Following his discovery of the cave in 2014, Veach decided to share his findings in the comments section of a video uploaded by the extraterrestrial study group Sirius Disclosure.

His comment was posted on a video titled ‘Son of an Area 51 Technician,’ and Veach wrote:

“One time during one of my hikes out by Nellis Air Force Base, I found a hidden cave..The entrance to the cave was shaped like a perfect capital M. I always enter every cave I find, but as I began to enter this particular cave, my whole body began to vibrate.

“The closer I got to the cave entrance, the worse the vibrating became. Suddenly I became very scared and high-tailed it out of there.”

Despite feeling apprehensive, Veach heeded the encouragement of his followers and decided to venture back to the cave.

Equipped with a nine-millimeter handgun and a video camera, as reported by Nevada magazine, the 47-year-old embarked on a challenging 10-hour hike through treacherous terrain. The mountain he traversed was situated in close proximity to a bombing range.

Unfortunately, despite his determined efforts, Veach was unable to locate the enigmatic cave.

“I found a tarantula, a tortoise, and a ram, but I could not find the cave,” he shared on social media.

After receiving disappointment from his followers regarding the outcome of his second expedition, Veach made the decision to embark on a third attempt on November 10, 2014.

A haunting comment now lingers on Veach’s page: “No! Do not go back there. If you find that cave entrance, don’t go in, you won’t get out.”

Once Veach failed to return from what he described as a “short, overnight trip,” his family initiated a search for him.

Authorities discovered Veach’s cellphone near an abandoned mine shaft, but the trail of clues soon grew cold.

The internet became flooded with conspiracy theories surrounding his disappearance. Some speculated that Veach had uncovered government secrets, encountered extraterrestrial forces, witnessed a drug deal, faced an animal attack, or even staged his own death.

However, Veach’s alleged girlfriend eventually took to YouTube to shed light on the situation.

In her video, she revealed that she used to accompany Veach on hikes across the Nevada desert, exploring deserted mining towns and various caves and mine shafts. She acknowledged that Veach possessed a more daring nature than herself.

In the end, Sheryon Pilgrim, who is claimed to be Veach’s girlfriend, came forward and expressed her belief that Veach tragically took his own life. According to her, Veach had been struggling with depression for an extended period and had been reluctant to seek professional help or take medication.

“He quit his job a little more than a year before he disappeared… The search for him was started within a couple days of my call. Over 30 search and rescue team members searched three different times on foot. One helicopter fly over was done and there was no trace of Kenny or any of his camping things,” Pilgrim explained.

“They found his car in the area I told them it would be. They did find his cell phone by the mine shaft in the video. The mine shaft was only about a four-hour hike from his car. It is my feeling he left it behind so that he could not be tracked from the GPS in it. He also did not take his video camera with him on this solo hike. It was left in his home. So, he had no intention of filming anything.”

“[…] Share this with you for two reasons. First, so that you have more of an understanding who Kenny was and to bring some peace or understanding to the situation. Secondly, if any of you do decide to go out into our desert to look for him or the M Cave, be careful and bring enough water and food.”

Despite efforts to search the mine shaft near the area where Veach’s phone was discovered, cameras were lowered down but yielded no evidence of the missing hiker.

Tragically, his body has yet to be recovered, leaving the mystery surrounding his disappearance unresolved.
