Guillermo Del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities Trailer is Full of Holy fear

Guillermo Del Toro – The master of horror – gives a First Look at some of the twisted nightmares and violent delights from his new anthology series.

Created and executive produced by Guillermo del Toro, the anthology series Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities will be released through the Netflix streaming carrier in October – and a newly released trailer offers viewers a peek behind the scenes at the same time as revealing the titles and directors of each episode! While Netflix typically releases each episode of a show’s season all at once, they’re taking a completely unique technique to the release of Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities. For this one, they will be releasing the first  episodes on Tuesday, October 25th, then they’ll launch  more episodes each day for the rest of the week. As of Friday, October 28th, all 8 episodes will be available to watch.

“With Cabinet of Curiosities, we set out to show off the realities existing outside of our normal world: the anomalies and curiosities. We hand-picked and curated a group of stories and storytellers to deliver these tales, whether they come from outer space, supernatural lore, or simply within our minds,” stated Guillermo del Toro in the Netflix press release.

The list of names connected to this series is full of outstanding talent, both behind the camera and off screen.

Each episode of Cabinet of Curiosities is helmed through a different director, who Del Toro guarantees has been given complete innovative control of their tale. These consist of filmmakers including Catherine Hardwicke (Thirteen, Lords of Dogtown), Keith Thomas (Firestarter, The Vigil), Jennifer Kent (The Babadook, The Nightingale), Panos Cosmatos (Mandy) and lots of more.
