Willow Smith has made some questions ever since her debut in 2010. The Emmy nominee’s self-expression isn’t loved by the black community the way she imagined. On Tuesday Facebook Watch Talk show of Red Table Talk, she shares how she and brother felt avoided by the Black Community over Gender norms questioning.
The 19-year-old musician says with the African American community, she feels Jaden and she were chided. She says they are not taking part in them because she thinks they are weird. Jada Pinkett, 49 talks on mom-shaming the topic of the week.
She tells for some years, she was shamed as a mom. She says after Willow she receives brutal criticism, also on how she cuts her hair and people were fueled. Willow and Jaden make an appearance for gender-stereotyped roles. Willow had shaved off hair and brother wore a skirt.
Willow and Jaden’s Sexuality
Willow talks about her sexuality as Polyfidelity. She tells Her mother Jada and grandma Adrienne Banfield Norris that she loves both genders equally. She says she wants a man and a woman and can be polyfidelitous with the two. Polyfidelity is a non-monogamy, all members of relationships are.
Willow says she torches on emotional connection. She feels if she finds two people from the genders and connects on a romantic and sexual level. She’ll stick to them.
The mother Jada Smith says it is not easy for a child to bloom in the spotlight, she says it requires maturity. Jaden hasn’t talked about gender explicitly he says you have to believe in you. He says the world will anyway find a reason to pick on.
He says he is still going to do what he wants. He’ll wear a skirt if he desires. He also feels kids need to understand the normalcy of certain things that weren’t existing before him. The parents’ Will Smith and Jada Pinkett are quite supportive of the kids.
