Jennifer Lopez who is popularized by her nickname JLO so far is again the news. Lopez has been one of those influential personalities who are just too good in everything they do. As normal, when it comes to both her style and her beauty, Jennifer Lopez knows how to set trends.

And while her previous curtain fringe set the standard for summers fashion trends, this time, everyone’s lives are enhanced by her new hairstyle, and yes, it is iconic of a certain ’90s girl group that we all know and love. Lopez’s hairstylist, Chris Appleton, took her to Instagram to show her the fresh look. The musician had her hair pulled up into very nostalgic space buns, sitting in what appears to be a movie trailer, split right down the middle with two thick parts covering her profile.

This is not the first time, however, that Lopez has put on a ’90s-inspired look. Lopez posted a throwback video on November 6 of one of her early performances of her hit song “Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” where she’s seen wearing the hairstyle as well. Lopez was also wearing a metallic silver hat, black cargo pants, and her signature hoop earrings for the iconic performance. Although it’s not a stipulated project she’s working on it’s a safe bet that she’s currently in the process of shooting Marry Me, alongside Owen Wilson and the Colombian musician Maluma, her new film.

In Anaconda (1997) and Out of Sight (1998), she went on to star and later found herself in Hollywood as the highest-paid Latin actress. In the same week, Lopez became the first woman to have a number one album and a film. Her remix album in2002, J to the L-O! The Remixes, on top of the US Billboard 200, were the first in history to debut.
Lopez is considered to be the most popular Latin entertainer in the United States, with a total film gross of $3.1 billion and approximate global sales of 70 million albums. Forbes ranked her as the world’s strongest celebrity in
2012, as well as the world’s 38th most powerful woman.
