Sometimes life can get a little hard, and few things can be harder than losing a loved one.
Recently, Meredith Gaudreau shared a picture of her and her husband along with their kids.
Sadly, Meredith lost her NHL player spouse at the age of 31 to an alleged drunk driving incident. She declared her love for Johnny on Instagram, writing that he was ideal and that his presence made everything seem too good to be true.
She continued, writing that she was grateful for the most amazing years of her life.” I am still the luckiest girl in the world to have been yours. I love you so much.”
The photographs in the slideshow demonstrated how much they loved one another. The photos of them cuddling and having fun with the kids show they appear to have a very relaxed and playful relationship.
The two of them constantly seemed to be grinning and joyful as they shared a chuckle. They had a daughter and a boy and had been married since 2021.
Johnny was a devoted parent, according to Meredith, who also called him “the absolute best dad in the world. So caring and loving. The best partner to go through parenthood with. John never missed a single appointment.”
She added that her daughter was his exact replica and that he had a talent for putting their infant to sleep. Towards the end, she expressed her love for her late husband and vowed to make him proud.
His brother Matty was another family member she brought up. Regretfully, they perished in that alleged drunk driving incident together.
Meredith had something unique to say as she praised them, stating that they were inseparable and constantly by each other’s sides. Johnny was looked up to by his little brother, who was always there for him. They supported one another and were one other’s best friends.
An occasion like this is always tragic when there is a loss. We sincerely hope she can get some rest and serenity during this trying period.
