Today no one can be luckier than the passengers of Boeing 777-20. In what could be one of the worst plane crashes ever in the aviation history, the brave pilots of the Boeing plan saved the life of more than 231 people on board. The flight took off from Denver Airport and was destined for Honolulu with 231 passengers and 10 crew members. However, the plane suffered mechanical failure in its right engine in mid air, leading to a fire under the wings and a sudden declination in the altitude of the Boeing 777-200. The fire was followed by a huge explosion and flash of light thus triggering the panic among the passengers. The fire was so massive that debris of the engine parts crashed into the fields of Denver Suburb. However, fortunately, the Boeing flight landed successfully on the Honolulu Airport without any damage to onboard people and those on the ground.

A passenger of the flight 777-200 recorded the horrific video of the engine failure and posted it in the Twitter. In the horrific video, the engine is seen fully engulfed with flames all around it and cruising through air. Another video shows a broken fan blade in the engine. According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the flight experienced a engine failure right after its take off. However no details regarding the reason for the failure was stated by the aviation department. Aviation experts are of the opinion that , based on the initial impressions, the flight 777-200 might have suffered an uncontained and catastrophic engine failure. A passenger named Delucia shared his horrific experience and thanked pilots for the remarkable & safe landing. He stated, “When it initially happened, I thought we were done. The Broomfield Police Department ,on the Twitter, has shared photos of debris which crashed and has asked people to come forward in case they have suffered casualties. Former National Transport Safety Board (NTSB) Chairman Jim hall has termed this incident as an example of “cracks in the aviation sector which needs to be addressed”. In April 2018, a similar engine failure happened with South West Airlines Flight which claimed the love of one people. Fortunately this time no one is hurt, however it’s high time that the plane manufacturing companies started improving and updating the security and safety of the flights.
