Making a comeback after being infected with COVID-19, Popular American Comedian and host Ellen DeGeneres is all ready to resume the production for her TV talk show “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Monday. The show was halted midway on December 10 as Ellen was found to be positive for the Novel Coronavirus. Since, then the studio had been airing old episodes. Earlier the show was scheduled to be aired on January 4, however, due to pandemic situation in Los Angeles County, it was postponed for a week.

The show will be filmed at Warner Bros. Studio with a skeleton audience for the safety purposes. Also to maintain social distancing on-site personnel and crew members will be further reduced. The studio however reiterated that all the crew members will be paid during the modified production schedule. The issue of payment has been a concern for crew members. The show was stopped midway on December 10,2020, as the host Ellen DeGeneres was tested positive for Coronavirus. The host advised all people to stay safe who had been in close contact with her. On Dec.31, A WB’S Telepicture spokesperson told that the date of resumption of the show had to postpone by a week following a spike in COVID-19 cases in LA County.
