“Home Improvement” star Zachery Ty Bryan is currently out on bail succeeding his arrest in Oregon on the charges that he strangled his girlfriend during a heated argument on October 16, an article reported on Monday. The 39-year-old actor was released on Saturday, after being smacked with an $8,500 money bail and then spent the entire night in Lane Country Jail after giving a mugshot, TMZ reports confirm. The star was issued a “no-contact” order, which commands him to stay as far away as possible from his alleged victim, and to absolutely not reach out, contact, or initiate communication with her no matter the circumstances, claimed by reports.
Allegations Against Bryan
The girlfriend claims that Bryan squeezed her neck with his bare hands during an argument that turned heated in an apartment in Eugene, on Friday night. When cops arrived at the scene, he was found to be sitting outside an apartment while his victim, 27, was in a friend’s house. Bryan was accused of assaulting the victim, preventing her breathing, and had taken the victim’s phone from her when she tried to contact 911 for help. She then hastily fled to her pal’s apartment, where she was in touch with the police. Zachery was arrested without incident and is booked under the charges of strangulation, fourth-degree assault, and on interference with making a report.
